An important French Canadian business-related Newspaper, Journal des Affaires, has dedicated its ENTREPRENEURSHIP first page to CEL Aerospace Test Equipment as a growing company in the aerospace industry. (3 June 2000 - Journal des Affaires)

CEL has been invited to give a presentation on its products and services at the "3rd Canada - Taiwan Aerospace Conference" held in Montreal, PQ. The Conference was organised by the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada (AIAC). The Taiwanese Aerospace Delegation was composed of AIDC, CASID, Aerosure Technologies, UNI AIRWAYS, ChengFeng Machinery & Ent. Co. and others. (June 2000 - Queen Elizabeth Hotel, Montreal, PQ)

GKN Westland Aerospace (UK) is now scheduling a Quality Audit at CEL, as it was agreed upon during the award of the Fatigue Test Rig for PropShaft and Fatigue Test Rig for Gearbox Casing Project. CEL is an ISO 9001company.

May 2000
Pratt & Whitney Canada, Longueuil, has selected CEL for the upgrading and reconditioning of multiple engine components and accessories test rigs (11) for the next 18 months.

March 2000
CEL Aerospace Test Equipment obtained a multi-million dollar contract from the Singapore Ministry of Defence for a new test cell facility including the engine test equipment and related Data Acquisition Systems for Turbomeca Makila, GE T700 and AlliedSignal T-55 and T-53 engines. A 3-year post-warranty maintenance contract is also being considered by the Singapore Ministry of Defence.
