Using advanced software tools -- such as CATIA, AutoCad, QNX, ISAgraf Enhanced and MathCad, all personnel are engineers and designers trained in the mechanical, electronics and aeronautics field, with extensive professional experience.

Manufacturing
CEL is a full fledged manufacturer, ensuring complete manufacturing, assembly and testing of its full range of products. As well, it has secured strategic partnerships with preferred suppliers who meet ISO standards for quality and manufacturing.

In some cases, clients can take charge of some of the manufacturing processes to reduce total project costs.
