CEL focuses the entire whole scope of its activities on the design, manufacturing and maintenance of systems and installations for the testing of gas turbine engines. Their expertise also covers related systems and components, for aerospace and industrial applications.

Drawing from their own careers as engineers for major OEM test facilities, the company manager's unique understanding of the testing  world and its associated needs has led to a complete support program including long term maintenance and facility management.
CEL's support to OEM also includes research and development of test equipment for experimental engine programs.  As a result, CEL is currently developing new generation products in each of its niche markets.
